CO2RE is a fractional therapy CO2 laser for skin resurfacing. The skin is treated with a matrix of laser pulses that vary in intensity based on your skin type and desired treatment results. It is effective in enhancing skin tone and texture, eliminating the effects of the sun and aging on the skin, softening line and wrinkles and scars. Ideal candidates for CO2RE have skin damaged by exposure to the sun, age spots, fines lines and wrinkles, discoloration or acne scars. Treatments and results vary based on the extent of damage to the skin and patient goals. Typically 1-3 treatments are required to achieve desired results.
Light Laser Peel
Our Light Laser Peel is performed using one of the most advanced CO2 fractional laser systems which can be customized in three different ways to address your skin needs, the power of the laser, the density of the fractionated laser beams and the depth of the laser penetration into the skin. Lower power ensures, safety, speedy recovery and low incidence of side effects, the density of the laser beams determines the improvement in the surface of the skin (texture, fine lines, sun spots) and the depth of the laser beams determines the stimulation of collagen and elastin production in deeper layers of skin (for skin tightening, thickening and reduction of deeper wrinkles)
The best candidates for Light Laser Peels are individuals who are looking to have more dramatic results than the non-invasive skin resurfacing methods such as microdermabrasion and light to medium depth chemical peels but do not have the one week of recovery time to be “in hiding” with the deeper laser peels.
BBL (Broad Band Light)
We offer broadband light therapy, BBL, which is an innovative technology that sets new standards for treatment of skin conditions associated with aging, active lifestyles, and sun damage. BBL treatment is gentle, non-invasive and safe and allows us to precisely treat age and sun spots, small facial veins, rosacea, freckles, and acne. Your treatment will be tailored to match your skin type and your desired results.
Laser Hair Removal
Unwanted hair can be a source of frustration and embarrassment, growing everywhere from upper lips and underarms to backs and bikini lines. And shaving, waxing and plucking only go so far before they’re needed again — which is why some people are seeking a more permanent solution.
Injectables & Fillers
BOTOX® and Dysport®
This family of neuromodulators targets specific muscle groups of the face to minimize movement and reduce the appearance of fine lines.
We can help your skin appear healthy and youthful with a variety of cosmetic services including, BOTOX®, a popular treatment for facial lines/wrinkles. Overuse of muscles for facial expressions can cause frown lines between the eyebrows, horizontal forehead lines and wrinkles around the eyes. The injection of a small amount of BOTOX® into these areas causes weakness of the muscle which will improve the lines or wrinkles that the muscle action formed.

Dysport® is an FDA-approved injection treatment that reduces the appearances of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing facial muscles on the forehead. Similar to BOTOX Cosmetic, Dysport is injected directly into the site of wrinkles to prevent the underlying muscles from contracting. However, Dysport can diffuse muscles one to three centimeters from the injection point, while Botox can only reach as far as one centimeter, allowing for results that reach further areas with just a single injection. Our dermatologists at Mooresville Dermatology Center can recommend the best treatment for your particular needs.

Restylane is a gel (a natural, non-animal hyaluronic acid that is already present in the body) that is injected into the skin in order to add volume to lips and lift up wrinkles or folds. During treatment, the crystal-clear Restylane gel is injected into the skin in tiny amounts with a very fine needle. The gel produces volume under the wrinkle, which is lifted up and smoothed out. When enhancing lips or facial contours, Restylane adds volume and shape to the treated area and lasts up to one year.
Restylane Lyft is an injectable hyaluronic acid gel used to correct volume loss and treat wrinkles in the face. Rejuvapen is a medical-grade, state-of-the-art precision micro-needling device. Rejuvapen uses 9 tiny microneedles to penetrate the skin creating thousands of micro-perforations in the skin. As a result, the skin shifts its natural repair mechanism into high gear and starts producing collagen and elastin to repair these micro-perforations. This self-repairing property of the skin is a 100% natural form of skin renewal from the inside out. Rejuvapen’s advantage over other treatments is that it not only activates cell regeneration, it also enhances the absorption of topicals into the skin. Your skin becomes firmer and regains its elasticity, fine lines and wrinkles are visibly reduced, pores become finer, circulation is stimulated, and the overall condition of the skin improves. Rejuvapen can treat skin concerns such as Acne scarring, Fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, skin laxity and surgical and burn scars. We recommend paring Rejuvapen with PRP for optimal collagen and elastin stimulation.
PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) Treatment
Platelet rich plasma is developed by enriching blood with an autologous concentration of platelets. The preparation of PRP begins with whole blood, commonly obtained peripherally by venipuncture. It’s particularly good for people who suffer from rosacea or acne. An attractive component of PRP is its high concentration of growth factors which can decrease healing time and increase collagen production. PRP is commonly used in conjunction with Microneedling, Light Laser Peels or CO2RE Fractional Resurfacing. Following a treatment, PRP is applied to the treated area calming the skin. PRP stimulates collagen and elastin production which thickens and tightens thinning skin, effectively smoothing wrinkles and fine lines. Because it boosts collagen, it’s also a great treatment for improving overall skin texture and tone.
